Chocolate and Black malts combine to create a dark chocolate flavor. Crystal malts add a hint of caramel and the oats produce a silky smoothness. The addition of English Fuggle and Golding hops provide a subtle bitterness that perfectly balances out the intense maltiness. Last, but not least, a genuine British ale yeast enhances the complexity of the whole Buenos Diaz Porter.
