Another in our series of beers made with the notorious, yet obscure, Ringwood yeast from northern England, named after the brewery where the yeast originated in the 19th Century. A rich caramel profile and a unique spicy/fruity yeast signature, mingle with an earthy and citrus hop profile, balanced out with a gripping hop bitterness.
