IPA #19

A balanced IPA with juicy bready malt flavors as a back drop to Centennial, Cascade, and Columbus hops and dry-hopped with Centennial, EKG, and Citra.  Fermented with the Whitbread yeast strain for depth and complexity and a pleasant, firm bitter finish.  And it just happens to be our 19th IPA formulation.

O.G. 1.064, ABV 7.0%, 70 IBU’s.
