O.G. 1.062, ABV 6.7 %, IBU 60

This IPA is an interpretation reminiscent of the origins of the style. The first IPAs were strong, extra hoppy pale ales made in the UK for shipment via 4-month sea voyage to India during the British Raj. This earthy beer has floral hop profile, with more fermentation complexity and malt character than the contemporary west coast style.
