For St. Patrick’s day we brew a Stout in the tradition of the dry Stouts from Ireland. This member of the Stout family is known for its intense, dry, roasty finish from the use of roasted and unmalted barley in the mash, and Fuggles hops added to the kettle for bittering. In keeping with tradition, ours also has a luscious mouth feel.
