Crisp, clean maltiness from German Heirloom Pilsner malt and kettle additions of Hallertau, Tettnanger, Cz Saaz, and Hull Melon, the experimental progeny of Cascade developed in Germany. Dry hopped with Hull Melon, Hallertau Mittelfruh, and Saaz for a refreshing floral and honeydew finish.
